The Master’s Book Of Life

“But nothing unclean will ever enter it, nor anyone who does what is detestable or false, but only those who are written in the Lamb's book of life.” Revelation 21:27

This past week I was watching the 2024 Mater’s Golf Championship. I was watching to see how Tiger Woods and Collin Morikawa would do. With Scottie Scheffler winning his second Masters Championship he joins a great crowd of champions like Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer, Gary Player, and Tiger Woods, among other greats whose names have been inscribed on the Master’s Championship Trophy. His name is now written in the record books of winning multiple Master’s Championships. Scottie Scheffler is a Christian who often speaks about his personal faith in trust in Jesus Christ.

You may not be numbered with the greatest golfers of all time, but you too can be numbered with a great crowd of believers who have fought the good fight and whose names are written in “THE MASTER’S” record book, the Lambs Book of Life. Names like King David, the Apostle Paul, Billy Graham, and Martin Luther among others.

Thought For Today: Take time to rejoice today that your name is written in the Lamb’s Book of Life.

Today’s Prayer Focus: Thank God for the love of our Master who bore the penalty for our sins at the cross of Calvary so that we might know the forgiveness of sins and now have our names written in the Master’s Book of Life. Deo Volente.
